Lifelong San Francisco resident Cloud Galanes-Rosenbaum speaks fondly of her service dog, Billie. The two can be seen throughout the Castro District stopping for pets from friends or getting treats from dog-loving shop owners. Billie, a sensory processing service dog for Autism Spectrum Disorder, helps Cloud function in everyday society.
