Travis Raburn (he/him) is a staff reporter for Xpress Magazine. He is currently studying journalism with a minor in international relations. If being an explorer was still a financially viable job title, Travis would probably be doing that. More realistically, and maybe just as financially viable, he plans on pursuing a career in international journalism after he graduates so he can tell stories from all over the world. Travis enjoys soaking up the ambiance in jazz clubs around the city, parading to his local Trader Joe’s and trekking around California’s natural splendors. Travis is originally from South Carolina but has since lost the accent. However, he reports that he’s still got that famous Southern charm.
