Alice Kazakov (she/her) is the Design Editor for Xpress Magazine for the Fall 2024 semester. This is Alice’s fourth year at SF State majoring in Journalism and minoring in Earth Science. Growing up in Boston, Massachusetts and later moving to Los Angeles, California she has always been interested in the relationship between cities and nature. She hopes to work more with environmental journalism this semester. Outside of school she enjoys cafe hopping, swimming and playing waterpolo.
