The following infographic shows the numbers and percentages that create the prominent issue of sorority hazing in the United States. Currently, there are 325,000 undergraduate females that are participating in sororities and of those girls there is almost half that are witnessing and experiencing multiple forms of hazing in their chapters. The information found in the investigation of this topic showed that National chapters had the highest amount of reported hazing even creating the “code of silence.” The infographic below will help the public comprehend that behind the Greek letters there are crucial numbers that are affecting the system.
