Claudia Perez Aguilera, Copy Editor

Claudia Perez Aguilera (she/her) is a copy editor for Xpress Magazine. She is a San Francisco-based writer, artist and radio host from Puerto Rico, who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in marketing at SF State. She’s worked with several radio stations in the Bay Area, including Lower Grand Radio and HydeFM. Notably, she’s been published in 48 Hills, an independent SF publication. She enjoys writing about culture, music and local issues. You can find her spending time with loved ones, DJing at the local wine hole, or shopping at a flea market.
